The
Get Kids Afloat programme was started in 1995 with only 9 sailors.
It has since grown into a hugely successful course, with many
national sailors finding their first steps with us.
With one of the lowest course rates in Singapore, this is a
course all kids aged 7-17 years should not miss! The skills
picked up will stand the participants in good stead – self-reliance,
a sense of adventure and ability to adapt to the changing environment
are skills that cannot be learnt in the classroom.

Venue: Sembawang Clubhouse
Duration: 4 Days course (conducted during the school
holidays)
Age: 7 – 17 years
Sail craft: Optimist/ Topper/ Pico
Fees: SAF Yacht Club members: $74.90
Singapore Citizens/ Permanent Residents : $107.00
Foreigners: $267.50
(Inclusive of 7% GST, life-jacket rental, food & a souvenir
tee-shirt)
Time: 9.30am – 5.30pm daily (Tuesday to Friday)
