1-Star Kayaking Introduction Course

Get started with the SAF Yacht Club's 1-Star Kayaking Introduction Course. Suitable for those aged 13 years and above, this fun-filled course will teach participants about paddling skills, rescue techniques, and skills required to be sea-safe, while encouraging the making of new friends! 1-Star Kayaking is a Singapore Sports Council endorsed Sports Education Programme (SEP) for 2010 and 2011. 

Venue: SAF Yacht Club, Sembawang Clubhouse 
            43 Admiralty Road West Singapore 759962
            (Shuttle Service arrangement is available from Sembawang MRT Station to Club)
Duration: 2 Days course (conducted during the school holidays)
Age: 13 years and above
Fees: SAF Yacht Club members: $32.10 
          Non-Members: $37.45
(The cost is inclusive of standard kayaking equipment: paddle, life-jacket and kayak will be provided)

Additional recommended items include a cap, water bottle, sun-block and long-sleeve shirt. Booties are also recommended.
