1. To confirm the Minutes of the 42nd Annual General Meeting held on 30^th August 2009.
2. To receive the Financial Statements and the Reports of the Management Committee and the Auditors for the year ending 31^st March 2010.
3. To elect 6 Committee Members to the Management Committee.
4. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
5. To prsent Club Strategic Plans for 2010/11.
6. To announce Subscription Fee review / increase.
7. To consider and if thought fit, pass resolution as required
8. To transact any other business of which 7 clear days’ notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 1800hrs on 21 August 2010.

We will like to invite Life & Ordinary members who are passionate about the Club to serve in the Management Committee.

Nomination Forms <Application Form>

1. Nomination Forms may be emailed to AGM2010@safyc.org.sg or faxed to 6389 3754.
2. Nominees must ensure that an acknowledgement is obtained from the Club for the submission submitted via email or fax.
3. Nominees MUST submit the original Nomination Form on the day of AGM personally.
4. Failure to comply will result in the nomination being void.

Nomination forms should reach the front office of the Changi Clubhouse no later than 1800 hours on 21 August 2010.

A post-AGM party with buffet reception will be held after the Annual General Meeting. All members, their spouses and children are welcome. The Attendance Response Form will be sent out in the Annual Report in August 2010. At the meeting, you will get to mingle with our newly appointed and elected members of the Management Committee.  <Attendance Form>
