NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 2025 Annual General Meeting of the SAF Yacht Club will be held at SAF Yacht Club – Poolside Lounge (Level 1), The West Wing, 43 Admiralty Road West, Singapore 759962 on Saturday, 15 November 2025 at 1400hrs to transact the following business:

• Confirmation of the Minutes of AGM 2024
• Receipt of the Audited Statement of Income and Expenditures and Audited Balance Sheet for Financial Year ending 31st March 2025
• Report of achievements and events in FY2024/25
• Forecast of events in FY2025/2026
• Any other matters written to Honorary Secretary eight (8) days prior to AGM 2025.
• Election of Members to the Management Committee 2025/2026.
• Presentation of Letter of Appointment and Introduction of Elected 2025/2026 Management Committee Members.
• Presentation of token of appreciation to outgoing 2024/2025 Management Committee Members

AGM 2025 will be held as an On-Site session only and Members who wish to attend AGM physically are to RSVP to SAFYC via Front Desk or email to agm@safyc.org.sg with the following information by Friday, 7 November 2025:

1. Name of Attendee
2. Membership Number

• Any accompanying spouse

Note:

1. Only Ordinary/Berthing/Sailing/Recreational (who have served NS) Lifetime Members are eligible to vote in the meeting.
2. Attending Members must clear all outstanding owe to the Club to vote at the meeting.

Members are invited to submit any issues they would like to raise in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 1800hrs on Friday, 7 November 2025. All Nomination Forms and correspondence should be sent via email to agm@safyc.org.sg.
