NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the SAF Yacht Club will be held at SAF Yacht Club – Lazarus Ballroom (Level 2), The Quarterdeck, 43 Admiralty Road West, Singapore 759962 on Saturday, 29 October 2022 at 1400 hours to transact the following business:

(1) Commodore’s Address.

(2) Confirmation of the Minutes of AGM 2021.

(3) Receipt of the Audited Statement of Income and Expenditures and Audited Balance Sheet for Financial Year ending 31st March 2022.

(4) Redevelopment updates: Marina Expansion.

(5) Incoming Prawning / Fishing Tenant

(6) Any other matters written to Honorary Secretary eight (8) days prior to AGM 2022.

(7) Election of Members to the Management Committee 2022/2023.

(8) Presentation of Letter of Appointment and Introduction of Elected 2022/2023 Management Committee members.

(9) Presentation of token to out-going 2021/2022 Management Committee members.

AGM 2022 will be held as an On-Site session only. Members who wish to attend AGM physically are to RSVP to SAFYC via Front Desk or email to agm2022@safyc.org.sg the following information:

1. Name of Attendee
2. Membership Number

• Any accompanying spouse

Note:

1. Only Lifetime Member is eligible to attend the meeting.
2. Attending Member must ensure to clear outstanding owing with the Club in order to vote at the meeting.

Members are invited to submit any issues they would like to raise in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 1800hrs on Friday, 21 October 2022. All Nomination Forms and correspondence should be sent via email to agm2022@safyc.org.sg.
