Competent Crew Course

The competent crew course is an introduction to Keelboat sailing to sailing enthusiasts. Experience the hands-on course that promotes teamwork and builds self-confidence which ultimately leads you to be a competent crew.

By the end of the course, participants should be able to understand the fundamentals of being a crew in a boat. Keep a lookout and assist in all the day-to-day duties on board. You will also be able to learn about safety at sea, as well as to master the seamanship skills of reefing and tying essential knots On the last day, you will obtain an in-house certificate of participation.

Duration: 3 Full Days
Time: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Pre-requisites: Ability to swim 50 metres unaided; minimum age of 12 years.
