Dear Valued Members,

In our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, we are implementing a new towel policy effective from 1 June 2024.

For Members:

• Each Membership card is entitled to retrieve up to 1 piece of towel per visit.
• Membership cards must be presented at the front desk for verification.

For Guests:

• Guests are welcome to use our towel service at $3 per towel.

Important Reminder:

• Any lost or unreturned towels will incur a charge of $10 per towel and the amount will be automatically charged to the Member’s account.

We would appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines as we strive to reduce wastage and protect our environment.
