As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and efficiency, we are excited to announce that we will be transitioning to paperless Statements of Account (SOA) starting 01 April 2024. This transition aligns with our efforts to reduce paper usage and minimize our environmental footprint.

What does this mean for you? Instead of receiving printed SOAs via mail, you will now have your SOAs emailed to you instead. This digital format offers numerous benefits, including:

  1. Environmentally Friendly: By opting for paperless statements, you will contribute to reducing paper waste.
  2. Convenience: Access your statements anytime, anywhere, without waiting for mail delivery.

In line with this transition, we want to inform you that a nominal charge of $2+ per copy will be imposed should you still require printed copies of your SOA. This charge is intended to cover the costs associated with printing and postage.

We understand that some Members may still prefer to receive paper statements, and we are happy to accommodate this preference. However, we encourage you to consider the benefits of going paperless and embracing digital statements.

Please reply to us via email at or call 6758 3359 should you want to convert to paperless SOA by 28 March 2024. A $2.00+ will be automatically charged to your monthly statement for the hard copy SOA should we not hear back by the aforementioned deadline.
